About Phone Reservations

Our clinic operates year-round and has set up three dedicated phone lines to handle the high volume of inquiries from our patients: a New Patient Line, a Returning/Rescheduling Line, and a 24-hour Emergency Line.

Through these dedicated lines, we aim to provide safe and appropriate care to all our patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Sales or solicitation calls are strictly prohibited.

Clinic Hours

Our regular clinic hours are as follows:
10:30–19:30. However, under certain circumstances, we accept appointments during the extended hours below.

9:30–10:30 / 19:30–20:30. For appointments or inquiries during these hours, please call us at 042-519-3822.

*If you make an appointment outside of regular hours, an additional fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) will be charged.
