At Medical Japan, we operate on a complete appointment-only basis to ensure that we can dedicate ourselves fully to each patient’s treatment. Therefore, changing or canceling an appointment on the day of the reservation or the day before may inconvenience other patients and incur staff labor costs. For this reason, a cancellation fee will apply.
