About Phone Reservations

Our clinic operates year-round without holidays. To handle the large number of inquiries from patients, we have established three dedicated phone lines: a New Patient Line, a Returning/Appointment Change Line, and a 24-hour Emergency Line.

Through these dedicated lines, we strive to provide safe and appropriate medical care for all patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Sales or solicitation calls are strictly prohibited.

Clinic Hours

Our regular clinic hours are as follows:
9:00–21:00. However, for patients with special circumstances, we also accept reservations during the following hours:

8:00–9:00 / 21:00–22:00. For reservations or inquiries regarding these hours, please call us at 042-519-3822.

※Please note: For appointments made outside of regular hours, an additional fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) will be charged.
